Refund policy

Return shipping within Germany is free of charge if the purchase was made through the following website: https://www.riss-arbeitsschutz.de. Here's how it works, in a few simple steps:

1. Find your order number:

Please go to your email with your order confirmation. Then go to the return page or log in to our website. Select the product you wish to return and fill out the form, which will guide you through our system.

2. Secure packaging:

Pack all the items you are returning in secure packaging, along with the delivery note generated in the return portal. This is very important so that our returns team can easily identify your order and process the refund quickly. (Be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package.)

3. You're done — now you can drop your package off at a post office near you.

Keep your shipping receipt. The items and their respective condition remain your responsibility until we receive your return at our warehouse.

Once your package arrives at our returns team and your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notification from us. It may take 3 to 5 business days for your refund to appear on your original payment method. Note: during particularly busy periods, processing returns may take up to 28 days.

Orders placed separately cannot be returned together. Combining orders may slow down the return process and lead to a delay in your refund. Please note that labels not generated through our online portal will not be recognized, and their use may cause your return to be rejected by our returns partner.
