2. Creating a customer account
You can order products on our website without creating a customer account.
When opening a customer account, we collect your personal data to the extent specified there. This processing serves the purpose of improving your shopping experience and simplifying order processing. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, with your consent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your customer account directly on the website or by notifying us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal. Your customer account will then be deleted.
3. Use of offers and orders
When placing an order, we collect and use your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfil and process your order and to handle your inquiries. Providing this data is necessary for concluding the contract. Failure to provide it means that no contract can be concluded.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and is necessary for the performance of a contract with you. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
The only exceptions are our service partners whom we require to carry out the contractual relationship, or service providers we engage as data processors.
In addition to the recipients named in the respective clauses of this privacy policy, these include, for example, recipients in the following categories: shipping service providers, payment service providers, inventory management service providers, order processing service providers, IT service providers, hotline services, and manufacturers. PayPal

Web forms
When you use the contact form, we collect your personal data (name, email address, message text) only to the extent you provide it.
This processing serves the purpose of contacting you. By submitting your message, you consent to the processing of the data submitted. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, with your consent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us. We use your email address solely to process your inquiry. Your data will then be deleted unless you have consented to further processing and use.
Google reCAPTCHA
We use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; "Google") on our website. This query serves to distinguish whether input is made by a human or by automated, machine processing.
The query includes sending your IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. Your data may also be transmitted to the USA. This transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google is certified, and additionally on EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

6. Customer reviews
We may, in cooperation with a review platform, offer you the opportunity to leave a review of our services. For this purpose, we transmit the following order data to the respective provider:

- Order number of the product order to be reviewed
- Order date of the product order to be reviewed
- Shipping date of the product order to be reviewed
The recipient may only use the data transmitted in this way to fulfil its task. You may object to this use of your data at any time by notifying us.

11. Integration of web fonts
This page uses web fonts for the uniform display of typefaces, provided by the shop system or its content delivery network. 2. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
We take your concerns and rights very seriously. However, should you believe that we have not adequately addressed your concerns, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate.

We employ technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data, in particular against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons.
Where you provide us with particularly sensitive data as part of your order (e.g. payment data), this data is transmitted only in encrypted form, using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption standard. You can recognize encryption by the symbol (a closed padlock) in your browser's address bar.
We do not disclose personal data without your explicit consent, unless we are legally obligated to do so.

This privacy policy applies exclusively to the use of the websites we offer. It does not apply to the websites of other service providers to which we merely refer via a link.
