**Riss Arbeitsschutz Returns Policy**
1. **Return Period**
As a customer of Riss Arbeitsschutz, you have the right to return purchased items within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
2. **Conditions for Return**
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- The original packaging, as well as all accessories, manuals, and any warranty cards, must be included.
- For items showing signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
3. **Exclusions from the Right of Return**
The right of return does not apply to:
- Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Products that spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly.
4. **Refund**
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days via the payment method you originally chose. The refund will be made in full, unless deductions have been made due to signs of use or damage.
5. **Return Shipping Costs**
The costs for returning the goods are borne by you as the customer. However, if the delivered goods were faulty or incorrectly delivered, Riss Arbeitsschutz will cover the return shipping costs.
